Why I Started PC Pro Help
After years of helping friends, family, and local businesses troubleshoot computers, recover from tech emergencies, and clean up slow PCs, I realized there’s a serious gap in accessible, easy-to-understand tech support — especially for beginners and seniors.
So I decided to invest in myself and turn this into something real. I refreshed the business name, launched a new Youtube Channel, TikTok, Instagram, and built this website: pcprohelp.com to be your way of connecting to me.
What I Offer
I’m not here to upsell you or trap you into long-term support plans. If you need me once and never again — great! If I’ve helped you overcome a big hurdle and saved you from a scam, that’s a win in my book.
My mission is to:

- Make your devices safer and your experience smoother
- Empower you with knowledge, even if you don’t consider yourself “techy”
And yes — if I make a few bucks doing it, that helps me continue growing this service and support my child’s education. But even if I don’t? I still want to help you get through it.
